In this session mentioned that:

Mr. Helmi, president of 9th region of Azad University and Azad university of mashhad, offered a report of backgrounds and acquaintances so as to accomplish the congress and emphasized on two subjects: First that this congress should to implemented in deal of Quran and the Islamic republic of Iran. Secondly, through offering scientific papers could comply requirements of society and of course in regard to promotive dimensions to be a response for Western world's planning invasion which performed in recent years.

Therefore, each member presented his sights, then approved following subjects:

1)    Regarding to importance and place of Holy Quran appointed to pursuit the congress as sequences.

2)    Respecting to variation of issues in Quran field and needs of age and also issue of Islamic waking in some countries appointed to focus on major approach of congress, human and society, titled " First International Congress of Holy Quran, Human and Society."

3)    About goals of congress consulted then appointed to register these following goals in Website of congress.

With respect  to congress's aims, general and main issues for recalling papers selected as follows and appointed that each of members complete them and send their suggestions:

- Quran and human's place     - Quran and civilization    - Quran and current human's challenges   - Quran and justice  - Quran and ideal society   - Quran and current human's needs

- Quran and human's future    - Quran and culture creation - Quran and ethics and morality

- Quran and government

Finally, chair of committee reminded to offering  any purposes to congress's secretariat.
